Please note that open or used products may not be returned. If the product arrives at your facility in a damaged condition, please report it to your sales rep within one day of receiving the product and notate it with proof of pictures. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or a refund as soon as possible.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the product. Please note that we may require proof of purchase or other documentation to process your return.
